Hi - I am looking for a motherboard that supports 64gb of RAM and supports 3rd generation i7 Core processor. If you could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
There are no such motherboards. 1155 currently only has boards that support 32GB. Your best best is to go with AMD for 64GB of ram or go with LGA 2011 or LGA 1150 if you wish to stick with Intel.
You'll have to look into SB-E (LGA 2011 socket and X79 chipset) for this one. Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge chipsets (H61, H77, Z68, Z77) only allows maximum of 32GB memory.

I have the same question as this guy. I am looking at intel 3930K processor. It supports 64GB of RAM. What motherboard can I use for this.
And they support 64GB? There's no Haswell CPUs that do, Amd claims to with their APUs, but that's an APU, processor power is very low (and let's not forget AMD CLAIMED the FX CPUs run 1866 native, and later recanted to the FXs can RUN UP TO 1866 at 1 DIMM PER CHANNEL, and they DON'T tell you that the teting they did was with 4GB sticks, not 8GB let alone 16GB sticks
