Motherboard and 3 pin case fan min speed ?

I'm about to buy a new 200mm fan for my Corsair 600T case , most fans that's compatibile with the case are 3pin ones. Motherboard is Asus Maximus Hero VI. Now AFAIK this motherboard can control the 3pin fans, but I don't know the range. What would be the possible min fan speed for eg.
Cooler Master R4-200R-08FC-R1 MF200R . I have pwm fans for the top, and motherboard can drive them very slow like 350rpm ,even stop them. Will the mb can slow down the 3pin 200mm fan this much?

Incorrect. 3 pin fans are called in DC mode. I know bcs I own exclusively 3 pin fans. They start around 40% speed and can be adjusted in 60 steps to 100% speed.
