Motherboard and build problems

So I just got a bunch of new parts for my PC. I put it all together out of case then decided to put the motherboard​in whole. I have an i7 7700k, Asus 270e motherboard, cooler Evo 212, r9 290x and just a regular 700w PSU. The motherboard gets powers and the colors light up and so does this little orange light. But nothing powers on. Please help
