motherboard and cooled choices

I am going to be getting an Intel i7 4790k and I'm not sure what motherboard and cooler to get if someone could help me out

Case: corsair vengeance c70
Cpu I'm getting: i7 4790k

An MSI z97 gaming 5 would be good.
For cooler:
Air: Noctua NH-D15 or be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3
Water: NZXT Kraken X61 or Corsir H100i GTX.
