On pcpartpicker.com I got a compatibility warning that the motherboard MSI H310M PRO-VDH PLUS paired with the i3-9100f may need a bios update because of the H310 chipset, but I went to the MSI website and looked at the cpu support list for this specific motherboard https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H310M-PRO-VDH-PLUS#support-cpu and the i3-9100f says it is compatible with version 7C09v10 on that compatibility list, so I went to the bios release section of the website https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H310M-PRO-VDH-PLUS and it says bios version 7C09v10 is the very first release for this motherboard, so wouldn't this motherboard be compatible with this cpu, or am I seeing something wrong? Please help. Thank you!

Solution
nope, should run out of the box without a need of a BIOS update.

pcpartpicker only checks the chipset, which was released before the 9th gen CPUs and therefore this site doesn´t know for sure if it needs a new BIOS or not.

Other motherboards with the H310 might need an update, but this MSI model doesn´t.
