I don't think so. The motherboard of this pc supports 2nd generation i3 i5 and i7 cpus. The i5-3470 is a 3rd generation.

The H67 chipset supports the i5-3470 but since it is a ready build I can't find any information about the BIOS. What I mean is that the chipset supports this cpu (with some limitations) but the BIOS on that motherboard may not support 3rd generation cpus.

It is the owner's manual of the pc and as you can see it says Intel Sandy Bridge processor. The i5-3470 is an Ivy Bridge.

Don't mean to put you on spot but, Think you could find me a Cpu? this is the 3rd one i bought and it not work or function properly

If your feeling like it, im looking for an: i5, 3.0 + GHz, and $210 being the max budget

I found those 3 that are lga1155 3.0GHz+ and 2nd generation. The 2550k and 2500k may be more expensive than the budget you said but check them, maybe you find them more interesting than the 2400.

Turns out Newegg gots a nifty search option,, Which turned up to be only one Cpu that falls under the lines that i think might work: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115091

Only problem is the GHz, Will this be a problem or is it good as it is?

Im going to be using it for mainly gaming purposes, and i also dont know much about the technical stuff so the higher numbers seem better.

Yes the 3.0GHz is good plus there is the boost at 3.3GHz.
