Will a FM2+ CPU work with a FM2 motherboard??

fm2 cpu dose not fit in to fm2+ mobo

Need the model of cpu and the motherboard to would help to confirm compatibility. An FM2+ cpu will not work in a FM2 board, but a fm2 cpu will work in a fm2+ board.
