Motherboard and CPU Help please :D

My Mobo is GIGABYTE GA-770T-USB3.
Will someone please tell me what the best processor I can buy is for this mobo and suggest any upgrades. I really want to get my GHz past 2.8.
My processor right now is [AM3] AMD Phenom II X4 925 (2.8G/8m)
I am so confused as to how to upgrade all this at once so any help would be so greatly appreciated.

However, these are old cpu's and no longer sold in stores. You might get some on Ebay or similar website.

If I were you I wouldn't even bother upgrades because you would just be throwing your money away. If you really want to over clock your CPU you will need a after market cooler, and just slowly up your clock speeds 100 at a time. If you don't know what your doing you should read about overclocking first. But Amd CPU's are good because you could buy A cheer cpu and over clock it . If I were you I would look for a new computer or a used one if your budget doesn't allow you to buy a new one.
