Motherboard and cpu upgrade

Im using the F2A85-V PRO motherboard with a on board amd a10 6800k cpu. Im looking to upgrade because when i play higher end games it says i bottleneck. My gpu isnt the problem, i have a gtx 760 windforce 2gb OC so you can see my problem, im looking to get one thats not going to break my bank but will allow me to play games like gta 5 with no bottleneck. Thanks in advance for the advice on motherboards / cpu's

How much would breaking the bank be? Also what other specs do you have, ie RAM, PSU, or case?

if you wanna stay amd try the 8350 or its slightly weaker brother the 8320 and use an equal level mobo with it.

i mean im willing to shell out some cash but not like 800 dollars you know. Also i have 8gbs of ram ddr3 1499.mhz the psu is 750 and the case im not really sure what its called but ill post a link from my fb. For titles such as GTA V you are going to be looking at the FX series of processors like shakeel suggested. As for the mobo, pick your processor first, then match the mobo to everything else, number of hard drives, ram slots etc. If you choose your components right, you are probably looking at $300-$400.
