Is the AMD FX-9370 Vishera 8-Core 4.4GHz CPU compatible with the ASRock Z97 Extreme4 LGA 1150 Intel Z97 Motherboard?

the fx 9370 Vishera is not recommended , need a really solid board to resist to high voltage and temps

and the fx 9370 Vishera is not compatible with an intel motherboard , you should choose an am3+ mobo
