Motherboard and CPU

Is there a motherboard and CPU under $110 including shipping and tax. There are only 3 requirements it has to have a USB 3.0 Header on board so I can utilize my case's USB 3.0 and it needs to be ATX not micro ATX and it must fit in my Corsair Spec-01 case.

I dont care which one but I will be playing minecraft mainly and surfing the internet.

A budget rig perhaps? If your going to play less demanding games, let me suggest an AMD FX-6300 CPU with an MSI 970 Gaming motherboard.

Your best bet is an AMD APU and mobo. Why can't it be micro ATX?

I said I need one under $110 I have everything else these are the last 2 pieces I need and one last requirement DDR3

It is just a thing of mine. I prefer no Micro Atx's if possible but if it will save me some money to get some games to test my rig out on so be it.
