Motherboard and Graphics Card Compatible?

Hello! I was wondering if it was possible to be able to crossfire Geforce GTX 780's on a AMD motherboard? I heard that you are able to use 1 card for sure, but when you try and SLI/Crossfire Nvidia cards and AMD motherboard setups that's where you would run into issues. So is it true? Am I going to run into issues? Thanks

Multi-AMD card setups = Crossfire
Multi-NVidia card setips = SLI

That motherboard only states that it supports Crossfire. You would not be able to run multiple NVidia cards in an SLI configuration with that motherboard.
