if you're planning to overclock you'll need a b350 mobo and a CPU Liquid Cooler. if you're not overclocking, A320 is good. those are significantly cheaper than $100. as for RAM, you can try Team Dark (3000) for 139 or G.Skill Ripjaws V for $159

I think i want to overclock. So which b350 should i go with and will liquid cooling be hard to setup? This is my first ever build so I am just wondering.

the Corsair modules have compatibility issues with ryzen. i'd suggest going with g.skill. compatibility is better, it's easier to reach maximum frequency, and if the ram happens to die, g.skill has you covered(lifetime warranty).
