Your CPU and Memory specifications are fully compatible with your motherboard choice (which is probably a revised version of the original mobo with latest F20 Bios and should natively support 7th generation intel processor without the need of Bios upgrade).

H110 Chipset motherboards may require a BIOS update using a 6th Gen CPU before a 7th Gen G4560 will work. Most people skip the H110 and go for the B250 Chipset models which don't require a BIOS update to use 7th Gen CPUs.
