First off, i meant to post this in VR section but every single forum section has a "ask a question" part but the Vr section. Just saying, maybe admin look into that?

Anyway, i have this motherboard https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z77 Extreme4/

and i recently purchased a Oculus rift S. I did the Oculus compatibility check and it gave me two signs. 1. was that i couldn't run it in Win 7..which is idiotic but fine. The other is that my usb wasn't good enough. i did some short googling and found a link to this Usb for Oculus users.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FPIMJEW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I just wanted to make sure it would fit on my motherboard and perhaps if anyone sees in future problem i should address now.

Full system is.

i5 OC to 4ghz.
That mobo
Rtx 2060
16gb ram.

Solution
According to the webpage that lists your Motherboard, you do actually have USB 3.1 ports. I see how you'd get confused, USB 3.1 is an upgraded version of USB 3.0 (the USB type the oculus rift s requires), USB 3.1 is backwards compatiable with USB 3.0, so you won't have to buy that thing from amazon.
