Motherboard arrived DOA need a new one

my mother board arrived doa so i need a new one preferably around the same price range since the other was refunded should i buy the same one again or get something better/different

I think you just got unlucky! Gigabyte boards are top tier. I would just get the same one.

Either get a direct replacement or if they will give you a full refund and allow you to purchase another board (not sure which vendor you used), this one's on sale with a mir if you feel like fooling with it. Ends up to be the same price after the rebate and is a nicer more fully featured board.
