Motherboard Assistance for SFF PCs

what size is my Hewlett Packcard 1495 (it says that through CPU-Z). I searched up research and it is said to fit Micro-ATX cases and I got a response from a recent forum post i posted and the person said yes, it will fit. But now my question is, since i have a small form factor PC, and it is a factory model and it hasn't had any modifications done to it, will it be able to move to a new case or since I heard that some small form factor PC's are sometimes custom made to fit the factory case it came with. Is that true? Also if it does work, how complex/difficult is it to move a motherboard to a new case? Also, is this case worth it (http://www.frys.com/product/7792528?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG)? I would suggest that you open your case and use a ruler.
