Motherboard Asus a88x pro with 860k error q code 36

Hello , I recently bought a used a88x pro and 860k for really cheap from a guy in my neighborhood , popped in an 2 x 4gb 1600mhz hyper x fury ram from a previous build and another r9 270x card from the same build and a ms tech psu also from the other build( ram gpu psu confirmed working). Everything connected , when i turn on the psu , the motherboard tries to boot and q code goes 13 - 26 - 48 - 36 and does not post , no matter the ram dimm placement or the gpu is connected . From there the pc closes , but the motherboard is powered and power switch does nothing(also tried switching with a button confirmed to work) I also flashed the mobo to the newest bios using standby power with flshbck button which carried out normally but same problem persist . Any help?

Update : Nothing. I took it to some tech shop but they told me they think its a chipset issue (????) and then asked me if I wanted a 50 euro fm2+ mobo for 90 euros through their network , to which I declined. Don't know what to make of that.
