Question Motherboard asus Z390-P - No Display & beep sounds

Hi All,

I have my new build completed today but it fails to display anything(no signal) and gives some beep sounds when powered on:

I have looked for the beep codes but cannot find a 1-3-1-4 combination. Also tried to switch the RAM on to all ports.

ext graphics card: msi GTX 1660 Ti
fans: all fans running fine
processor: Intel Pentium i3-9100F SRF7W, 3.60GHz

Any thoughts?

**UPDATE

it is now working, the 1-3 beeps where for NO VGA Detected: The card needed repositioning.
and the 1-4 beeps where Hardware error: due to cpu fan plugged in AIO_PUMP instead of CPU_FAN
