Which one should I choose ????

1.I am Afraid if my Noctua reach my gpu (if I choose Asus maximus VI gene because it 's mATX) do you have some advice for this ??

2.maybe in 2 years later I want to SLI my gtx 780, can it fit in my MOBO and my Chase

I would get the HERO because it is ATX unless I was doing a compact build in a mATX case. Your case is very spacious and will fit a SLI setup easy.

There is no reason to get the mATX, get the full ATX HERO version and it will be a perfect build with all that hardware!

Both are good, but would suggest the Hero, that's what I decided on after a number of Haswell builds, will take anything you throw at it (except more GPUs than it has slots for )
