Motherboard at stable 100-112 degress

At first i tought i had maybe routed some wires wrong but the motherboard wasn't hot at all. I restarted my computer with a pause about an hour. But the temp is already automatically at 100 or over when I first start my pc. (My motherboard is a MSI B250M PRO-VD).

If its Fahrenheit then its normal.

It's Celsius, could it be a faulty sensor?

That's an issue with third-party software. You should contact the software manufacturer of your temperature software about it.
