Motherboard (Badly Needs help )CMOS RESET NOT (Turning On)

READ THIS FIRST THANKS .
(ALL WORKS FINE , THE GPU , THE CPU , THE MONITOR , THE PSU,THE BIOS BEFORE I DID THIS )
Hey guys , to start with i was trying to install an os or reinstallin windows 10 via bootable flash drive because it has problem in fresh install .
So when i go to the set up windows 10 , i was in settings where you can format and delete disk or files . I did was delete all and only left is unllocated disk , the windows 10 reinstall toturial said that justmake it like that , so i click next but it says you (cant create partition) something like that maybe thas not the exact word . So i was searching for some help , it says there that go exit the installation ang go windows advance settings where you can touble shoot and go to cmd to change something, so ofcourse i turn off my computer and remove the flash drive enable to get there (i have a previous 10 windows installed already ) but when i turn on it just go to a blank bios , it has logo bios but the settings like ,(press f12 or press del buttons) are not there and reboot again and its keep happening . So I'm searching agian what to do and they said remove the cmos battery make sure unplugged the power cord I( Did that) and also some says remove the cmos pin is the best way to reset it but (mymobo dont have it cmos pins )(gigabyte Ga-970a-ds3p rev.2) .What i did was turn off my conputer , power cord unplugged turn off psu switch removr cmos batterry and leave for like 15 mins and reinstall again like before .Also i tried different ram slot (One ram stick) .After i did that I turn on my pc like before , the leds , the cpu , the video card is working like before.The only thing is different is the mouse , monitor and keyboards led is not turning on (cant even go to bios ). And also it just blank screen , to turn it off i need to hold the power button like (5 sec just like before) not (1 sec)
And all i see is black screen . I even remove and reinstall the (GPU) its the same 🙁. All black . Or no display.

What should i do guys I really need your help 🙁..
I Need My PC Working for educational porpuses . Can help my education or my future too

The motherboard model that you listed has a dual BIOS, so even if the primary BIOS got corrupted you should still be able to recover.

Also, if you haven't already done so, you should unplug literally everything but the keyboard and mouse. My most recent adventure in no-POST land was caused by a Logitech Unifying receiver.

Your board DOES have a clear CMOS jumper. It is located just above the front panel I/O near the 24-pin connector; however, removing the battery and unplugging the 24-pin connector from the board should also work to achieve that.

thanks for the reply handbown but i double check my mobo but the cmos pins are not in there instead it is on the lower right on the mobo it has text like that and also has chart but it has no pins , or color , though it has charts but doesnt seem accesable just , it is just a flat like chip. in the picture it is black mobo but mine is something brown and it has rev .2.0 just like that board

Try removing this:

That little blue thing is your CMOS jumper, it is used to bridge the pins. Some motherboards have 3 pins and you move it to one set or the other but your manual says that OPEN is normal and SHORT is clear values. This is also what it says on the board just above that location as well, but it is not super clear what it means.

I would try removing the blue jumper, I wouldn't be surprised if that worked. You may have been somehow running off of the secondary BIOS if that has been on there the whole time.

Yes, remove the blue jumper from the pins and leave it OFF. The jumper should only be put on when you want to clear the CMOS values.

Please try removing the jumper and leave the pins OPEN, then try to boot the system. fingers crossed

Yes, remove the blue thing from the pins and leave it off. Then try to boot the system with it removed.

okay ive done it , now the monitor is working they keyboard and mouse also but its stock with this loop, it boot to bios (no keys to enter ) just turn on and turn off again and again.

If the DualBIOS function is working properly I think the board should sort itself out after failing to POST. Normally you would get an "Overclocking Failed" message in that situation. Have you tried going through the steps on the Gigbyte RMA page that I linked earlier?

Now that the jumper is off, I would fully disassemble everything. Take the 24-pin off of the motherboard, remove the CMOS battery, everything. Let it chill for a bit, like 10-15 minutes, and then reassemble with minimal components.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to help more ATM. Good luck with further troubleshooting and I will check back tomorrow.

OMG OMG guess what i did? using a screw driver , i stick it to the flat pins of m bios the four one atleast two . and wait for it to loop again and guess what ? recovering main bios tadaa!! and after that i it boots properly and now im instaliing the windows ten os and also the blue one from the pins should i put it back or just leave it open ?

Okay I did try to bring back the jumper to it's original position but it just gives me black screen , and remove it and everything gets back to normal ,
Is it okay to leave it open all the time ?

Yes, it is supposed to be OPEN. Just leave the jumper off and you should be good to go! You should only install the jumper, for a few seconds / minutes, if you want to clear the CMOS, otherwise it should be open all the time.
