At some point. Probably not going dual graphics cards won't really need to unless diablo 3 ends up being more beastly than expected, usually just online gaming a few others. Would like the option to add another graphics card If i choose to do so down the road. Want some good space to grow in..

I would go with the ASRock, and actually I am changing my build slightly in favor of saving 20$ for the same features. Here is the Mobo I was looking at.

It is 20$ with 2 more SATA 6Gb/s. I will only need two for a SSD Raid 0, and then use the SATA 3Gb/s for the HDD and Optical Drives.

I have a question for you, since it seems you have similiar interests in gaming. I plan to game on D3, B3, and SWTOR when they come out and I am trying to keep this build at no less then 60FPS for those games.

Is this 6970 worth the extra 100$ in peformance over the 560 you linked?

also malmental that asus gpu you selected is a gtx 560 not 560 ti that asus wont be faster than that msi.

Z68 is just improved P67, but unless you want use integrated GPU or do fast video transcoding (faster, not better quality is key here) its better to stay with P67.
Its cheaper and have more boards to choose from.
And about SSD caching i dont see reason for using it.... its maybe little faster then using normal HDD, but SSD disk alone will beat it anytime.

I dont like seeing FDD and IDE connectors on high end boards. Noone use it and if you really need it you can get it from addon card

Awesome. That's in my cart right now then thanks everyone. And I'd Definitely Stick with the 560. One because the performance difference between the 5970 isn't worth the $100 more. Also because I tire of Amd's Software and driver issues. Plus the 5970 you picked out would probably have nothing compared to the cooling as Twin Frozr II.

It is the 6970, not the 5970, which does well on some charts, but the 560 does better on others. I do like that the 560 is slightly cheaper, but the reviews for May on that card are horrid. I wonder if a bad batch went out or what.

yes sorry typo. I haven't really looked much into gpus over the past month or two. But, I've been liking what i read before about the 560. Possibly any other models recently out that are around that price?
