Motherboard becomes soo hot after turning the computer on for ~10mins

My pc was working without any problems but today I used vacuum cleaner to clean the pc from inside. Now when I turn the PC on, 10mins later and the pc shut down and when I check the motherboard it is very very hot.

Check any cable connection if there is any short-circuits happens in there, also check the CPU cooler and any other cables connected to the motherboard, mainly from the power supply.
