Motherboard beeping ACER Inc. IPIMB-AR Rev:1.02A

so i have built a pc with a ACER Inc. IPIMB-AR Rev:1.02A and when i start the pc it beeps once long and then 2 times short, anyone know what to do?

the gpu is a msi gtx 950 2gb

That beep code is indicating that there is no RAM detected. What are the specs of your new build?

4gb hyperx ram + 2gb samsung ram, Intel core i7 3770k, 600w plexgear 80+ bronze,
i tried using an older gpu and it didn't give me error sounds but it would still be a black screen

Take out that 2GB stick and try booting again. Motherboards don’t like it when you mix RAM like that.

i believe the issue is with the gpu not being supported, i removed one of the ram sticks, i booted into windows with the older gpu but with the newer one nothing, not with 6gb ram not with 2 or 4

So it sounds like it won’t boot with both RAM sticks installed and the newer GPU. But it will boot with an older GPU and the 4GB stick, correct?

msi gtx 950 2gb,
with it it just show acer logo and then leads to a black screen with a white flashing _
