Motherboard bending around CPU cooler?

Hello,
A while ago I replaced my AMD stock cooler with a Coolermaster hyper 212 evo. It's been working quite well however, I just noticed its beginning to bend the entire motherboard around the cooler mounting points. The motherboard is now banana shaped. It is very subtle from the front, but obvious from the side. I'm slightly worried I've done something up too tight. When installing the cooler I tightened the screws up fully, as I thought it was meant to fit quite snug. What's going on??? What should I do???

It is a very heavy cooler - I have one. You were right to tighten it - is the motherboard also tightened? Are there screws in every motherboard hole?
