Motherboard Bios Help

I built my first pc earlier today but i'm 99% sure i accidentally deleted the bios for my 2200g to work and now it wont post is there any way to get the bios back or do i have to go into micro center and have them flash it.

Build is a Ryzen 2200g with the ASRock - AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac Mini ITX AM4 Motherboard

You cannot delete the Bios per say however it can be corrupted.
Try clearing CMOS using the jumper pins as per page 28 in your MB manual or remove the CMOS battery for 10 mins. This should bring CMOS back to default. If not then take it back to Micro center.
