Motherboard Bios Issues?

I have an ECS B75H2-M3 V2.0 motherboard which I think has issues? my Bios is listed as American Megatrends version 2012/06/08. The PC runs fine except it will need date and time reset on almost every restart and when I access the bios many of the options are missing? I have looked on ECS website to locate new bios or reinstall old bios but no downloads appear to be available? my model is listed but there is nothing? I have tried the ECS Bios Live Update which runs but says there is no update available? I have swapped out bios battery two times, replaced cpu, replaced ram also but still the problem persists? the computer will also randomly turn itself on at random times only for it to get hung up on the american megatrends screen with "wrong cmos settings" message date and time not set? any one have any clues? cheers

get a new cmos battery and replace the old one .
