Question Motherboard BIOS not working

I have an MSI h81m-p33 motherboard. USED off eBay and the thing won't accept a boot USB, when I try to change the boot priority in BIOS, the BIOS if screwed. As in the BIOS menu is stripped out, glitched and won't let me go into settings because the BIN file is incorrect. And I can't flash it since I'd need to be able to go into settings for that. Any ideas?

Pull the plug from wall, pull cmos battery out of the board, wait ten minutes and replace it. That should reset it to its base bios.

Thanks for that one. Aside for leaving it out for ten minutes, anything else I'd need to do?

SORRY YES JUST REPLACE IT, RESTART COMPUTER AND SEE IF IT CLEARED THE BIOS. I NOTICE THE WRONG BIOS WAS LOADED, SO HOPEFULLY IT WILL RESET IT TO A WORKING ONE.
