Motherboard BIOS Update without CPU

The current problem I am having is that none of the processors I have are out-of-the-box compatible with my motherboard. I was wondering of there is a method which can automatically update the bios without me having to enter the boot screen. I would like to avoid sending back the motherboard. All help and advice is appreciated.

Motherboard: AsRock 760GM-HDV
Processor: AMD FX8350 Black Edition

According to Asrock, the fx 8350 is supported by all bios on that mobo, so should be out-of-box compatible.

And no, you need a cpu in socket in order to update the bios.
