[SOLVED] Motherboard blinking leds

my system was working fine previously i went to turn it on this morning and im faced with my onboard leds blinking rapidly. (DRAM) and (CPU) it wont boot. specs below.

ROG Strix z390-e
16GB G.SKILL TridentZ
Rtx 2070 GIGABYTE
i7 8700k
850w Gold+ PSU
NZXT Kraken 360mm - front

Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute).
