Question Motherboard Boots to Bios Only

Hi, so I was messing with the bios of my my MSI motherboard and when I loaded up Windows it just crashed so it booted up to BIOS so I reset all the BIOS settings to factory reset and I made my HDD as the first boot option. The problem is everytime I turn on my PC it boots to BIOS. And it takes so long to for windows 10 to load usually 10 min and it used to take about 1 min.

How many Hardrives do you have installed into your System?
Any SSD's Or M.2?
What MSI Motherboard do you have installed?=What model?

I Have one hard drive installed with no SSD and the model is a MSI H110M PRO-VD Plus (MS-7A15)
