Motherboard bottleneck

hi,
i want to know how motherboard can bottleneck CPU ? i am going for Phenom IIX4 955 and 1600 MHz RAM and HD 6770 Card.

Plz suggest me a good motherboard in about 50 - 70$ !

Not really. Not much difference in performance between one chipset or another. Choose the board for features and price. This is one of the boards I use: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138283. The other one is this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138316. Both perform well, and provide some overclocking features, but I don't overclock. I know the second one will run your phenom II 955. Check under "cpu support" for the a880g+ to be sure it will work with your cpu.
