motherboard box condition

My motherboard came to he mail inside its box and inside a mail box with protective bubble wrap in between , but the motherboard box had a bump and no protective film. Should i ask for a new one?

Well, I would install the motherboard first. If the motherboard does not work, then yes. I would return it for a full refund.

The thing is I am on a trip and will not be able to test it till I return home.
