Motherboard broken, need your advice :)

Hi I've taken my computer to the computer repair people and they've told me that my motherboard is on it's way out. Now the big question is, do replace my processor and motherboard or just my motherboard? Or do I just sell up and buy a new computer (I'm not the most experienced with parts etc). Here are my specs:
Nvidia GTX 650ti GPU
8GB Corsair Ram (I think lol)
650w corsair PSU
500gb HD and 1TB external


The processor if it stays is the AMD-A8 quad core processor.

If you need anything else just say and I'll do my best to say!

You can either get a MoBo to go with the AMD A8 or get a new MoBo/CPU.

Personally,I would get a new CPU/MoBo.
But it's up to you to decide.

Just a though, are these parts hard to replace?

Not really,I changed mine a couple of months ago,it's not that hard,but you gotta be careful so you don't bend/break something.

What would be your max budget for a new CPU/MoBo?
And do you have a copy of Windows?

Yeah my windows is installed into the computer I don't really know I would guess about 250 to max 300?

What's Oc mean ha I know it was gigabyte but that's about it :S

OC= overclocking.
Means to increase the clock speed of your CPU. It isn't necessary and I suppose you won't do it.
