Motherboard Buzzing when Computer is plugged in

I plugged in an Optiplex 360 and it started buzzing. Not the hard drive, not a disk drive. It sounds like a warning code from the motherboard. I get no video. The buzzes are in sets of 3; 2 sets total. What does it mean?

Entire computer is stock.

This buzzing is an Errorcode indicating that something is not working as it should.
depending on how the buzzing is (short or long like a morse code) you can kinda know what is wrong.

No longer required. It caught fire and I found the problem via ultimate trial and ultimate error. I got my money back.
