(sorry if the image doesn't work). I have a H170 motherboard and a coolermaster k380, I looked in the motherboard manual either I didn't have enough pins for it or it want listed in the manual.

Solution
It is definitely a USB 2.0 cable. The reason it looks different is because the connector I sent was for 2 USB 2.0 ports, where you only 1 USB 2.0 port on the front of the case (with a USB 3.0 port as well.). Use the header connection diagram for the USB 2.0 header in the manual to find the orientation and connect it to either the top or bottom row. As long as the orientation is correct, it doesn't matter which row of the USB 2.0 connectors you plug it in.

Single USB 2.0 Header:

EDIT: The manual has A and B for the data connections, this is only to indicate that they are different data channels in the manual.
So all of these cables should be wired along the bottom of the motherboard which is where the sockets are. Most of them will be wired into the Front Panel connectors (look on Pg.32) but HD AUDIO will be plugged into the audio socket (look on Pg.28). The HD AUDIO connector might be a bit hard to connect (they usually are at least), if so, make sure that it is orientated correctly with the pins being inserted into the right sockets (it should only go on one wayP and give it a bit of a push.

Just to make sure that we're using the same Manual, this is the one I was going off of:
