Motherboard came with disk to install utilies

Solution
I would not.
Do not take the easy route and select "all"
If you do, you will be loaded with monitors , utilities , trialware and who knows what.
I would install the supplied drivers.
They will work and get you started.
Particularly the lan drivers and usb drivers.
If you think you need a newer version of something, you can go directly to the adapter vendor for the latest.
No, the only one you might need to install are your internet drivers.
While the disk does have the drivers you may need, they are outdated versions. Who knows how old that disk is?

Once you can connect to the internet then you should download the various drivers from the manufacturers website.
