Motherboard cannot detect Ethernet

Out of nowhere last week my speeds when from 120down and 30up to 2down and 3up, and stayed like this for a week.
Now it currently doesn't work at all. Also my modem now doesn't detect my computer, and my computer cannot detect anything Ive even tried a wireless usb adapter It acted like it wasn't ever pluged in.

I don't have onboard wifi but both my wifi and ethernet work on other computers on the network.
My motherboard is the asus maximus VII

Yes I think so, but I will try a reinstall with my motherboards disk.

Download and install current drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's web site.

I don't think Its a driver problem It seem to be a dead port. I desperately looking for anywhere that sells a Ethernet card. but no such luck on a sunday.
