motherboard cant fir in r5 define case

hello i have joust bought an fractal define r5 case, but i cant get the motherboard to fit in the case.

The Define R5 series supports ATX, Micro ATX, and Mini ITX motherboards.

As the Gigabyte GA-770TA-UD3 motherboard is ATX form-factor it should fit no problem.

i also put the screws in as id said in the manual to fit a atx board, but the holes dont line up with the screws? also the i/o doenst fit either.

It definitly should fit, be sure you're putting the io bracket in right and use the right motherboard standoffs

i think im putting it in right but it seem to me that is a to big as i can get one side to fit but then the other side dont fit. i use the standoffs that come with the case

also anothe thing i wanna ask is when i took the motherboard out from old case i did something so
the blue thing where it says gigabyte(if you look at the link) became a little loose is this a problem?
