Motherboard Capacitors HOT???

One of my Capacitors near my CPU runs hot when doing high intensive stuff on my pc when i touch it's pretty hot its a solid capacitor my motherboard is an asus m578l usb3 had it for 3 months now running fx 8350 and r9 280???

Also my Motherboard runs at 48C when Playing Games. that normal?

Look at your CPU and GPU temps via software. Need quantitative data, not just qualitative.

48 C is a fine MB temp.

When Playing games like BF4 or dayz and etc
I get
Motherboard: 46C-48C
GPU 55-65
CPU: 25-30C
