Almost ready to buy all the parts and throw my computer together, I've settled on the i7-7700k for OC, with a hybrid GTX1070 Seahawk, DDR4 2400 RAM and a Samsung 960 pro. Looking for recommendations on a good case to fit it all in, and a good motherboard for it but I do need to keep to a fairly low price. I've got a corsair h100i v2 cooler for the cpu, and a NZXT Sentry LX controller for cooling so far, including the seahawk's cooling, what's a case that's fairly cheap with good airflow to fit everything, and what's a good z270 motherboard for overclocking also on a budget? Something like the strix series around 200-250$ CAD is feasible for me, but I'm wondering if there's alternatives that are as good/better than Asus, are you really just paying for the Asus/ROG name or is their quality really that good? Any suggestions are welcome, and keep in mind that I'm looking to hook up at least 2 80mm fans inside after all is said and done to keep everything running super cool.

yes that case will handle it--its definitely the best case in that price bracket in my opinion--whichever country

if you spent more the enthoo luxe is the fancier version of the pro--thats what i have

but again no idea of canadian prices so it might be a fair bit more than the pro there

and not much bad i can say about the z270-e other than the built in aura leds are pretty poor/minimal

but thats nothing major any way

i have the asus strix z270-e though no idea how much it is in canada

its a very good board dont think you are paying extra for the name personally

it has a lot of features on it to justify the price if you compare it to the other boards around the same price point

depends what you call cheap for a case but phanteks enthoo pro is my usual recommendation for people who dont want a very expensive but still great case

and 80mm fans?

most everything now adays is 120mm/140mm

My bad, they are 120mm. I thought about the Phanteks actually, that exact one, think it's a good fit for the hybrid gpu and liquid cooling AND fans though? I also decided on the z270-E myself but wanted to confirm. So that case with all that cooling and an ATX board, right?
