Motherboard Case Confusion...Please help...

So I am going to build an utimate gaming beast.
My PCPartPicker List: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/RnPZzy .
I have selected Asus Z97 Deluxe (NFC & WLC) and an Intel Core i7 4790K Quad Core Processor.
But I haven't selected my case, I am wondering which one to choose....
BitFenix Shinobi XL Window (Black) or Lian-Li PC-V2120 Case...?
What do you think ? Which one is better ? Do you have any suggestions ? I have no budget.
Pease help. Any help will be appreciated.

the lian li has minimal airflow and little cable management options

Yeah, you are right. And the shinobi xl has more 2.5 drive cages (converted) and a charging port, and a windows which will make my case shining and delightful, al my fans will be ed ones. if there is no side panel window, there is no use of the led. So I am going for Bitfenix Shinobi XL Window. Thanks a lot! This forum is really good and has good people like you who even gives quick answers in the dead of the night!
