[SOLVED] Motherboard change has caused the BIOS to no longer boot automatically

I recently upgraded my PC to a newer processor spec, and also swapped out the motherboard. I went from an ASRock Z97 Anniversary to an ASUS Prime Z490-P, and something seems to have gone wonky between the swap. The previous motherboard set up a custom bootloader which bypassed the usual hard drive boot sector entirely, and this bootloader is only selectable on the new motherboard's BIOS from the full boot menu. Is there any way to fix this so that I can either boot from a hard drive again or get the ASUS board to let me auto-boot from the AOS bootloader? Thank you!

(For information's sake, this PC is running Windows 10 Home.)

Solution
You have to select the boot drive in the BIOS...if you have multiple drives the BIOS requires you to pick one to boot from.

Also you did re-install Windows right ?
