Motherboard chips failure

Hey guys , have a question. Lenovo y50-70 laptop stopped working. After turning on, computer restarts after few seconds and keeps the same cycle. Monitor Don't even start showing anything. So no BIOS. So I opened it, and seems that rams , hard drive, MB battery is good. Inspecting motherboard I found some weard looking chips. They look kinda weird and other side of board seems weird too. Additionally . So chips are PQ901, PQ903, PQ905. On other place PU1102, PU1103, PU1104. In photos it's hard to see, but behind all of them (other side of board) The board color looks like it 3rd photo.
