Motherboard chipset driver broken. PLEASE HELP

Last night I installed my chipset driver for my windows 7 computer. When it had to restart I couldn't use my keyboard OR mouse. Also whoever I restart my computer, they are on until I get to my desktop. My headphones work fine though. Please help I tried another mouse already and that one doesn't work either.

It's the asus h97 plus.

Also I went into safe mode and same thing. No keyboard or mouse.

you did download the latest chipset driver from asus website? and this is a new install of windows 7?

This is a brand new pc just built it. Also no I got it off of the disk.

there also intel usb 3 driver.
did you try the 2.0 port?

I installed the USB 3.0 driver and just testes the 2.0 port. Still nothing I'm going to restart my computer.
