Motherboard choosing for my build

I am building a new PC, upgrading after almost 5-6 years, so planning to buy something better than mediocre. I have confirmed to buy an intel 7700k, Gskill Ripjaws V 8GB 2400MHz RAM,
Now I have 3 options for the motherboard.
Factors to be considered,
1.Gaming / Better Audio
2.More ports (PCIE, USB for futureproof)
3.I have a slight intention for mild OC for later such as 4.5/4.6 Ghz. and RAM overclocking to 2600/2800MHz
ASUS ROG STRIX Z270H = 189$
Gigabyte Z270x Ultra Gaming = 189$
Gigabyte z270 gaming k5 =189$
Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 3 =189$
(provided that shop assured to update bios at buying time)
Asus Z170 Pro Gaming = 197$ (,,,)

Any Z270 motherboard would be great, but i would personally go for Asus ROG strix.
