Motherboard compability for Gtx 1060

I have a PC with Gigabyte z87-D3hp motherboard,like this one gigabyte motherboard and processors i7-4770. It has Zotac Gtx 650 ti 2GB, i planned to change my VGA with Gtx 1060 6GB, will it compatible with my motherboard or not?

Yeah it should work fine. I've got a gigabyte ga-h81m-ds2v and that's older than your one. I didn't even need to do a bios update.
