Motherboard compatability with GTX 960

Hello, can my PC ACER VERITON M6620G support the GTX 960 graphic since my PC is a bit old but not to old.

Here is my spec:
intel i7-3770 3.4 GHz
12 GB RAM 1600 MHZ
PSU: 620W Seasonic

Possible issues:
1. Need BIOS update?
2. GTX 960 is to big and might not fit to the casing

Look in the the Case and see if the motherboard has a PCI-E slot if does it will work, no need for a BIOS update.

It does have the pci-e slot ..soo your opinion, do you think the MSI GTX 960 fit in?

Sorry for the late reply, yes it will fit :3. Also make sure your PSU has enough cables for the card, Seasonic is a really good brand.
