Motherboard compatibility cpu

Hello if someone can tell me the answer I will appreiciate it. I have a new mobo intel D955XCS and a Celeron D pentium lga 775 3.33 GHZ I can't find the info on the CPU to know if it's compatible with this board! Can some one help to resolve this

Maybe for a few more dollars you could snag up a decent processor.....in the pentium family like a Pentium 4 D630 or such.
The Celeron line is not supported according to their site.....so unless you feel like taking the gamble and putting it in, I'ld suggest you get a compatible processor!!!!!
